Mindful Monday-9/13/10

Well, my children are sick and so is my computer.  I have some kind of virus that has shut down my line to the world, uh, I mean the computer.  We have an old lap top that I am now using, but it is beat up and very tempramental.  None-the-less, I do have a tip for today....back-up your iTunes...you just never know when it will be gone!
